camera offset for Nuke

Does anyone know of a conversion formula for the y offset when creating a camera in Nuke?
In other words: export 3d scene, read geo in Nuke, create a camera at appropriate place from 3d package. What value goes in Nukes "window translate"? Doesn't seem to be an obvious ratio.
