[SOLVED] Error: License server does not support this product

I've read through all the docs and knowledge base. Can't find anything to explain/correct this:

LICENSE INFO
License found in standard license path : C:\ProgramData/Next Limit/Maxwell/licenses/maxwell_license.lic
ERROR: - Error getting license, returned code : License server does not support this product
ERROR: - Maxwell has no valid license.
ERROR: - NO LICENSE PRESENT

it's v3 suite

I've tried on x64 win 7 and win 8 machines. same result.

Can't help the thought that I've got a bum validation key or something is set wrong at NL. It looks okay in the customer gateway.

I assume NL is shut down till Monday now. Maybe someone here has a suggestion.

What type of license do you have and which of the licensing options are you choosing when the license validator shows?

It turns out there was a problem with the license expiry date at NL... Fixed now.

I've got the same error... For both license orders I placed.
It's weird, because it has worked before ... Any clue?

Check C:\ProgramData/Next Limit/Maxwell/licenses/maxwell_license.lic

What does the expiration date say? If it's past, just contact Sales through the sales contact form from the customer portal.

Where is the expiration date? I don't see it?
And you mean the maxwell_license.lic, not the maxwell_suite_floating.lic?
there is just one line of text in there with the name of the host and the port

hmm ... but it is working now! :)
no idea what changed...
I also put a lic-file I downloaded from the portal in there ...
