[SOLVED] Not saving ML image correctly?

I will give this disclaimer for awhile, as I will have a ton of questions upcoming in the next couple month but I am new to Maxwell, using the Modo Plugin FYI.

When I render out an image and I do the quick ML preview and I adjust my lights, then I try to save the image, it saves it as the original state of the render, not with the light changes. I save it as a 16 bit Tiff.

To work around this, I would have to open the .mxi, make the changes with the fast ML preview, Save the mxi, Close the mxi, Reopen the mix, then save it as a 16 bitt tiff.

So for some reason I am thinking I am missing some button that updates the file to save it correctly or something? Kind of like hitting refresh in V2(which I used very brief)

Thanks for any input on this or if anyone else is having this problem,

CodyKallas

In Maxwell, File>Preferences>General, do you also have checked: Automatic update after editing?
I think it needs to be checked in order for the image to be saved with what you see in the render window.
