It renders alpha as expected here.

Sorry to keep you busy with that, It renders fine here now aswell. I must have had double geometry or something similar which I forgot to hide.

You know what, I still get the occational strange alpha channel when I open the rendered PSD file. The alphas in the MXI-file (when opened in photoshop) are fine though.
