I have an HDR image as a background for a project and have replicated all the settings I found in the included Bottles on a windows project that comes with V3 Studio. I am missing something? It doesn't appear in the Fire renderer.

Make sure Intensity value of IBL Background is not 0 and it has Scale values 1.
