I will first select Camera as I do, creating the perspective? Then I go to the ortho view and it's going to work?
Revit offer only 3d, perspective camera and a walk.

You need to create a camera view and select it in the Maxwell render options. Maxwell will use that camera when rendering.

Then, you need to go back to your perspective view, because the add-in buttons are only enabled when using a perspective view. This is a limitation of Revit that we cannot overcome. Press Render and Maxwell will start rendering with the camera you've previously created.
