That link contains a list of all plugins.
Every time there is an update (on anything), it is found on that link and you can download. There is no extra charge; provided you have purchased a Maxwell license.
But keep in mind that Maxwell is still beta and it has bugs. The way to see it is, that If you purchase, you are not really "buying" a beta... you are just pre-ordering the full version at a reduced price. They just happen to be nice and give you a beta to play with while you are waiting for your order to finish development.
Also, don't expect too much support from the core developers themselves ... they are too busy coding for the release.
