Pablo,
Thank you for your good work in development of the Rhino plugin.
Also, thank you for taking the time to attend and implement several wishlist items and particularly the introduction of a material editor.
Best Regards,
Thomas

Pablo, Thomas, and everybody involved,
thanks a lot for this new Rhinoll release! Looks much more complete now.
Yeah, and finally I can use Berlin-light right from the combo box!
Just the very first impression, I'll dig into it tomorrow!

Thank you, Pablo!
Just speaking out as it comes:
I am assigning a meaningful name to my first emitter created with the material editor, and practically cannot, as the name could only be just a little bit longer than what DOS days dictated us, and any longer it's unreadable.
Pablo, please, can you make these columns resizable?
Thanks again for your efforts, and
may Maxwell always see the light!

i have a question about new feature "render region"...
how does it work and what is the advantage?
thanks
Ginosso,
Once you select "Render Region" from the Maxwell menu, click and drag a selection window on a small area of the perspective view. This will cause maxwell to render that region only.
It is included in Rhinoll because it is part of the Maxwell engine.
Now, how good is that, and what is it used for ? Well, there have been discussions about it in the main forum section. Some people use it to render very high resolution scenes and then stitch it all together in PS.

In the meantime, once you assign the material, then you can select it and read the long name through the Rhino object properties (at the bottom where is says "Material Name").

And bugs in the bugs thread. Right, thanks Thomas, will do.

Yep, that works as an interim. Any other remarks in the other thread.
