Hmm that is weird. You installed the new beta right, not just the plugin. Sounds like you might be using the new rhinoll plug with the old maxwell alpha engine. Sorry I can't help you more.

Not quite sure but check your path in Rhinoll.
If the path is wrong you get errors...

I encountered the same problem, rhinoll was placed within the sub-folder of rhino>plug-ins, the .mxs do exist, but the error still pop up. :?:

In the path listed in RhinoOptions-->Maxwell-->Output-->ProjectDirectory, somehow is obsolete or incorrect then you also get an error:
"Error writing MXS file"

If the above is correct, then check to make sure you have the latest Rhinoll and the latest Maxwell versions.

Also, in Rhino try File-->New and open a different template (just in case your current template contain traces of the old Rhinoll causing problems)
