bug: new render after continued render

Hi
After having resumed a render by selecting the mxi file in the options dialogue I cannot render a _new_ scene anymore. mw quits saying
"reading [scenename.mxs]
MXS file read successfully
...
re-rendering [scenename.mxi]
Error MXI cannot continue
Render finished successfully :)"
Although I have the "write mxi" option unchecked and there is nothing in the "continue from mxi" textbox.
It seems that Rhinoll doesn't update properly when the textbox is cleared. We should have a checkbox to set whether we want to continue from an mxi.
