Cant make new material...sinking fast with deadline looming.

Running Rhino, latest with Maxwell 1.8.2. Wizard makes only "grey'" material..will not reference selected jpeg for wood venner. I have done this sucessfully in previous efforts. Possible computer glitch, but most likely operator error.

I need a 1,2,3 step for material creation. HELP!!

not sure where its going wrong, but these could be basic steps:

1. in rhino command line type: Maxwell_scene manager, choose M (for materials tab).
- this will open scene manager window, with materials tab activated.

2a. Right click in window, choose new material (this will give you a default grey material). Double click the new material to edit it. This will open material editor.
When you are done, click on refresh-preview. The material should appear in the Materials tab (in scene manager window).

2b. If you want to use material wizard, right click in the window (as in step 1) and choose material wizard. When you are done, the material will appear in Materials tab (in scene mana...). Double click, and refresh-preview the material.
