ajusting plain colors in plugin mat editor

are there any options other than the standard Windows color selector for this? I like the color selectors with sliders that offer both rgb and hsv in the same window.

You can use the windows color picker, the Rhino color picker, or the plugin's custom color picker - just see Scene Manager > Options > Color Picker. It's set to use Windows by default, because some people have had graphics-card issues with the custom one. I just recently added the option to use Rhino's.
