Maxwell for Rhino 4 version 1.7.31

Sweet! I don't know exactly what has changed, "other than what's in the
release notes". But my Rhino/Maxwell combo screams now!
I really like the fact that Rhino lights can now be used. I have questions
about them. But I'll start that in a different thread.
