JD-

I've been working on a scene all day trying to get lighting right...finally
decided to hide some emitter objects and that's when problems started to
happen with my scene..a water.dielectric created from wizard stopped working and the environment channel in multi-light doesn't seem to respond to the slider. It almost seems as if the hdri that appears in tab for image based lighting, isn't really there.

Not sure if hiding emitters was the cause, but it's strange and incredibly
annoying.

I'm gonna try and copy the scene to a new file.

I copied the scene over to a new file and loaded new materials and it is now working...I also noticed that when I turn off render layers -- "Direct Refraction" and Indirect Reflection and Refraction that my dielectrics do not work...although I've had them off before and dielectrics seemed to work. Not sure why that has happened now.
