On Scene Manager > Date & Time set the following:

Date: June 1, 2008
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Use DST: doesn't matter

In the Location tab, select USA--Seattle (there are multiple Seattle entries, doesn't matter which one you choose).

In the Environment tab, enable the Sun and Physical Sky. Render.

The result is total darkness. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but I can see the sun on Jun 1 in seattle at 8:00 pm. Any summer evening setting (7:30 pm+) will result in total darkness. So that can't be right.

I can confirm this, but it would appear to be an engine issue - checking the MXS in Studio shows the plugin is writing the file correctly.

Ok, in this case I reposted this in the Maxwell render section.

I virtually don't use studio at all so I had no clue.

Don't know if DST refers to GMT, but if not - check this setting.

Just a fyi: the DST switch specifies whether or not to compensate for Daylight Saving Time, the plugin always figures GMT automatically.
