time of day

Hello everybody,

I'm just fiddeling around with the environment settings and do not really
understand the reference for the number in the filed for Hour.
To create a sunset at 18:00 on 1st of June is not possible, just pitch black - and 12:00 doesn't really look like highnoon to me.
Does anybody know the connection to reality there?

Thanks

Rainer

Thanks for your hint,

I just set SM to +2. and on April the 25th I still get strange results;
at 18:00 its black, at 16:00 dark and at 4:00 it's dark to.
shutter speed 125, fstop 5.6.

hmmmm, short kind of days
