Hello,

I have just updated to Maxwell 2.7.20 and have now installed the latest PS plugin on the Customer Gateway, which is V2.6.

When I want to open am .mxi in Photoshop, I get the notification:
Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file.

What can I do to resolve this?

In the portal, you need to download using the upper part of the page (PS plugin is in the "Step 3" drop-down, with all other plugins) for current-version stuff. The downloads in the lower part of the page are always previous-version packages.
