I've found some issues :

1 - the machine running RLM licence manager should have it's firewall deactivated, if it is not, nodes won't find licence.
2 - running a test mxs, one of the nodes (on total 18) stucked on "sl 0"... the console on that PC shows that it is rendering and SL are growing, but nor monitor or manager knows that, it is simply ignored...

No it shouldn't You just have to create rules for:
mxnetwork
rlm
Maxwell
Studio

I'll try, but the windows 8 FW is not so easy to understand for non-IT people
