plugin can't write into the export folder!(message)

plugin can't write into the export folder!check the aviliable free space on sotorage and set the apropriate permission for the folder.
I'm gettin this message when I try to export the scene.
I tryed several diferent folders and still I got the same message(and i still have 100 gb in this HD)
I'm at windows 7 , 64
by the way ,I noticed that I cant export the scene to another place in the network other than my on HD , is it normal? when I try it just does nothing
i also noticed that the problem started to happen after i started to use shift lens and hiding object from the scene , i don't know if it has something to do with it , but telling that may help you identify the problem

EDIT : noticed that other scened exports and renders normaly o.o
did some backtracking and I'm beeing able to export older files (of the same scene offcourse)
