Door moves on export

Morning,
I've created 3 different scenes over the last two weeks. All exported from AC15 to Maxwell 2.7.1.
In each case, one of the door objects has rotated by 90 degrees to lie flat on the floor, and shifted slightly. (For some reason it always seems to be the main entrance door to the building!)
Any ideas why this would be? There's nothing out of the ordinary about the doors in AC15, or the way they've been used.
I've had to put them back in place by eye using Maxwell Studio each time.
