yes, it's true we need the update...and mind that now Archicad 13 is also 64bit.

Just received the answer from NL.
There's any plan to develop plugins of the old version (1.7.1) for Archicad 13. Only version 2 is supported for Archicad 13.
So it seems that only to use the old maxwell in archicad is via Archicad 12.
