Hello,
Does the ArchiCAD 13 plugin work with ArchiCAD 14? (Windows 64 bit). If not, when will the compatable plugin be released? Thank you.

Hello Nextlimit,
Any update on ArchiCAD 14 Plugin (64 bit windows in my case) now that Maxwell 2.1 is out? I am keeping ArchiCAD 13 on my machine until the plugin is available for ArchiCAD 14.
Thanks!

Hello Nextlimit,

Can you please give a timeframe for when the ArchiCAD 14 (windows 7 64 bit in my case) will be made available? Also are you working on this now - and is there a reason why it is taking so long? (bugs or low priority?). And is there a way in the future to be pro-active, so that when a new software version is released you have a plug-in ready?

Thank you!

From what I understand, the problem lies with Graphisoft and their developer kits for this. Typically, the update is not too difficult to accomplish when the kit is provided. Hopefully, Pavol can provide some information here about this and any timeline.

As a work around, you can save back your 14 model to 13 and render from there when you need to. There is not much to lose since ArchiCAD 14 is a pathetic update with practically no features to worry about breaking when you go back to 13. You may need to use attribute manager to overwrite your materials globally with a set that includes Maxwell materials.

Thanks Daniel,

I should have checked out the announcements area first. On September 24th they released the updated plug-ins for ArchiCAD. I just tried the 64 bit version for windows for ArchiCAD 14 and it works. It is located in the download area when you sign into the Maxwell site. I am off to the races now!
