Sorry if I've missed something but I don't found the "MXM to Surface Style" button in my new plugin for Maxwell...

Hi JL

When I inherited the plugin, the "MXM to Surface Style" function was not working well. To reduce the potential of introducing more problems, I'm going to have to fix this at the same time I fix/improve a host of other surface-style stuff. Until then, it has been deactivated.

I will work around this by manually set the correct map in the renderzone definition of the surface style.

May I add a little suggestion?
Please can you inverse the button lines?

First line : "EDIT MXM" and "REFRESH PREVIEW"
second line : "SURFACE STYLE to MXM" and "MXM to SURFACE STYLE"

I often press the "Surface style to MXM" button when I want to edit the MXM
