Hi,
I want to know if it is possible to autosave when rendering is done in maxwell?

No, there is currently no such function; the recommended method is to engage the Lock toggle (just next to the stop/go button in the Fire window) when rendering a final image. This prevents any changes from re-starting the rendering.
