Hello

I have problem with Maxwell for Sketchup 2014, since i buy the licenced version today!
As soon as i start rendering "GO" -Sketchup 2014 crash.

I made also a primitive, simple Model for a test, but it crashes also

When i used the free, unlicenced Version, it doesn't crash.

Thank you fo your support
best regards
Thomas

Thanks, I see this too (I assume you are using Windows), and will look into what's going wrong.

I do not yet know why, but there is some problem which is causing the Maxwell SDK library to crash, when function inlining is enabled in the build. You will find here a zip file containing a test build of the SDK, and the main plugin library, which you can use to replace the ones in your plugin installation. You will find the files on your machine, here:
Code: Select all
C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2014\SketchUp\Plugins\maxwell\ext\win\v100\x86
In that directory, replace the existing mxcommon_32.dll and mx_r20.so files with those found in the zip file, and then please let me know if this eliminates the crash.

(note that the C:\ProgramData directory may be hidden by default; if so, try pasting the whole path above into Explorer's address bar)
