Hi, I am a research assistant at D.E. University, faculty of Architecture. I recently contact with local reseller and Next Limit gave me a usernama and pass. But I don't know how I can install full version of sketchup plugin. Its always "license free" and max view is 800 px. What should I do?
Thanks in advance.

I don't know which username/password they would give you, which would have anything to do with a faculty license (unless you were in charge of administration of the license). If you have a standalone license, then you need a username/password and license key, to license the plugin for your particular machine, but if you are using a faculty license, the plugin would automatically obtain its license from a license server running on the network. Failure to obtain such a license at runtime might imply that the license server is not running, or that it is not accessible from your machine, whether due to general network issues, firewall blocking, and so forth. I would recommend reading through some of the licensing documentation, to try and find the reason why you are unable to check out a license from the server.

Also, to be clear, there is only one version of the plugin, which works with all of the license types, whether standalone, node-locked, or floating, so at least you do not need to worry about that.
