There are too many possible variables to be able to say. I would recommend looking in the Console panel in Maxwell Render, to see what is reported regarding missing textures, and/or inspect the MXS in Studio, in order to check the textures of the material in question. If you post a link to the MXM file on http://resources.maxwellrender.com, I can try to reproduce the behavior here.

I was able to replicate this issue recently. The issue comes into play with a large res and large size (MB) file.

For whatever reason, the image will simply NOT export during the 'pack and go' process (same in production, and draft mode). However, if you "unlink" the texture from the material AND redirect Maxwell to the same texture: problem solved (see below for quick example - press the "texture" button (3rd from the left) and under "Source", make sure it says: use specific texture. Then just navigate to the same issue texture
