Hi, I'm new to this forum and to maxwell.
How do you light interior spaces within sketchup using maxwell render? Do you create light fixtures using emitter materials or ies files only?
Is there a better/easier way?
Thanks

Yes, emitter materials (IES also being implemented via materials) are the only way, besides environment, to create light in Maxwell. As far as it being easy, you can always make a light into a component, then bring that into other models. You can find an example IES dynamic component I made linked in this thread.
