Could you please be more specific? They appear to be working fine here.

The problem is that I do not know what "can not save settings" means. How it works is:
  1. You click the "+" button in one of the Scene Manager pages.
  2. A window pops up asking for a name to give the new preset.
  3. You click OK, and the new preset is stored in the list.
  4. To use the preset later, you select it from the list.
Could you let me know at which step the issue occurs? The only way I know for it to fail is if you have disabled application storage in Silverlight (right-click in the Scene Manager > Silverlight > Application Storage).

Also, the purpose is a little different, but you can use SketchUp template files for this.

Thank you and apologies...I've followed your steps and it works.
++another question if I can.
I have advanced project in Studio, and want to add piece of geometry into the scene. I go back to Skp,create that piece, export to new Studio mxs...select it in new Studio and export it as mxs object.
Than, go to my original mxs project and import that new created mxs piece .It works, but my question is if there is quicker way to achieve this.
thanks
tony

Sure, try these steps instead:
  1. you are working on an MXS in Studio
  2. you want to bring in more geometry
  3. open SketchUp, draw the geometry
  4. click the Export MXS button
  5. switch back to Studio and import the new MXS
Just be careful that you don't overwrite the MXS you're working on in step 1 with the MXS you write in step 4.
