I've installed the Maxwell plug-in per the instructions on a windows 7 64-bit networked (work-station) machine, and I've run Sketchup 2015 (free version) as an administrator to activate the recently purchased license for Maxwell, but when I click "license activator" I get...nothing. Nothing happens, at all, no error message, no popup, nada. I'm not an experienced network administrator, but I'm familiar enough with my computer and program installation, I don't think I did anything wrong.

Please help, we're on a very tight deadline that's just come up, and its why we purchased the full version to begin with. Thanks in advance.

Please restart SketchUp as administrator (right-click the SketchUp icon and choose Run as administrator); this should allow the license activator to start properly.

Thanks for the quick reply.

No luck, running as admin, I still get nothing when I click the "activator" in the Maxwell pulldown.

Sorry, I forgot it might be due to a different problem; please download & install vcredist_x86.exe from this page, then try running the license activator again.
