Mostly, you should notice it on nested components/groups which involve both mirroring (i.e. negative scaling) and rotation. SketchUp keeps track of stuff using relative transforms, which are concatenated as components are nested, and this is also how the position of objects are represented to Maxwell Render, so they work well together. However, Studio gives you a hierarchy to work with, and so needs me to decompose those transforms into rotation/scale/position vectors, and this is where the process becomes troublesome.

I only write this info in case it helps you strategize your construction to help avoid the issue until I can successfully resolve it.

As I wrote in response to mpoole1 above, I have it working nearly perfectly, but not perfectly, so far...I will make an update available very soon which has this modified code on OSX as well, but I still have to fix a couple more bad OSX UI behaviors before it will be ready to go.
