mxs proxy and grasshopper

I have question,
Will grasshopper work with mxs references similar to this?

I haven't used grasshopper before so that's why I ask.

MXS References are implemented in the plugin as A) a block definition, which has data attached pointing to your desired MXS file, and B) instances of that definition. As such, any tool capable of working with instances will work with MXS References.

It's not a yes or a no -- I only say, if it's possible to use this tool to scatter instances of an arbitrary definition, then it should work fine. I haven't tried it though, and who knows what unexpected problems might arise.
