Aiming IES Emitters

I am trying to aim an IES emitter in Rhino. However when I rotate the object the emitter is assigned to the light remains aimed in the original direction. Does anybody know how to resolve this?

Try assigning your IES material to a Rhino spotlight, instead of geometry.

JDHill, When I insert a Rhino Spotlight the properties does not give me a materials tab option to assign an emitter, only Object, Maxwell, and Light.
How can I assign the material?

You can either drag the material (from Scene Manager > Materials) and drop it on the light in the viewport, or select the light, and use right-click > Assign to Selected.
