Why I set a emitter material on material panel, and used any presents. when I re-edit the material, the present is always set to custom, that is bug?

I m using rhino 5 and maxwell render 2.72 and plugin 2.7.22

No, that is not a bug -- a preset is just a shortcut for setting the values of the emitter, it is not something that is stored in the material.
