about remove material question?

How can I set default assign material by layer, when I remove material by object? :?:

You would select the object(s) and go to: Rhino Object Properties > Material > Assign by.

do I need to use that step for every changing (remove assign material, and that Rhino Object Properties > Material > Assign by),

if the remove material function is include to change the poropertiy by layer, that may be better.

If your goal is to get the object to by-layer, then don't remove the material at all -- just switch the object to use by-layer assignment. That way, you can change it back to by-plugin at any time without re-assigning the material to the object. This is how Rhino intends things to work, anyway, and the plugin probably won't try to go against it.
