Hi,

When changing the time of the day in the Location tab of scene manager,. is there any way of knowing whether it's AM or PM?

Or can a 24-hour clock be used?

By default, it should be showing AM/PM, but either way, it's user-configurable...right-click on the date/time readout (don't drop the calendar down) and choose 'Customize Format'. A format for 24h time might be: dddd, MMMM d, H:mm; it changes interactively as you modify the format, so it should not be too tricky to get what you want.
