Jeremy,

This time, I have blocks that are rendered while their layer is off...
I guess I'll send you the link to the file on your e-mail so you can check it out : this time it is persistent.

Thanks - it will be fixed in an update...it's persistent because I was not checking for the visiblity of the block instance's parent layer.
