Hi guys,

After rolling out Maxwell Render 3.1 and Max for Rhino 3.1, I am getting complaints from many of my users that Maxwell Fire has become extremely slow. Exports that would take 2 minutes previously are taking 15+ minutes. Is anyone else seeing this behavior and, if so, is there a fix? I really don't want to roll back my entire office to 3.0.1. Thanks.

What might be in common between the slow users (since you say many, not all), and not apply to the others? Would it be possible for you to email (jeremy at nextlimit dotcom) or upload an example file, so I can try to reproduce the behavior here? Just saying it is SLOW doesn't give me much to go on.
