Find & Replace Path Change in .mxm

Hi,
I've re-installed my computer and i changed my former D:\ drive to be the C:\Drive. Now the references inside the .mxm in SI need to be updated to point to C:\ instead of D:\. How can i do that with find & replace ? SI is not showing those references in its External File Manager.
