Render Visibility by Layer Setting Not Catching#365347

Hi,
when I push some objects in a layer and turn off their view and render visibility, they still get rendered in Maxwell. So for now I just delete stuff that has own Hide animation and should not be rendered in that pass.
Is there an easier way ?

Layer Render visibility should be respected, could you provide a simple scene for testing? Are you checking just with FIRE or actually rendering that frame/pass?
