Hi all,

The new Asset feature and the scatter are going to be implemented into the plugin?

Cheers,

AssetReference may be an extension, but it is designed for use by Studio, not plugins. So, the answer is no on that one, but I am working on adding Maxwell Scatter.

Hmm I see, thanks for the explanation.
As for the scatter, what are the benefits of scatter over for example SurfaceSpread, faster render times, faster voxelization, ect?

Cheers,
Juan

Maxwell Scatter just scatters instances of things across a mesh; probably it has low value to you if you already have tools for doing that, but if you don't, then it can be useful (so, typically more valuable to someone using something like Rhino/SolidWorks/etc, than to someone using something like Cinema). There are no expected performance benefits, though.
