render region - strange offset?

I set up a render region I wanted to render in blow-up, but the height placement is way off. i have to have the region displayed in the sky to render the desired region in the ~center of the image.
(roughly 25% setting for the 'top' of the rectangle - instead of 51%, that shows the correct region in cinema.)

using 3.1.0 here.

I'm not seeing this here, could you please send a simple Cinema file that shows it?

hi JD,

please check this out: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tc9fe4pirf83g ... m.zip?dl=0

the 2 render regions are applied to null objects that are named respectively to the problem... I want to render the thing with 51% from the top and have to use the one with 26...% from the top to get the approximate area.

Thanks, it looks like blow-up render region is not getting along with lens shift.
