Volumetrics don't render with 3.1

Hi all,

with the new Plugin I get the console Message "Maxwell: Failed to load tbb."
Volumetrics won't render in Fire and give me the following error message:
" 1.[Extension MaxwellVolumetric] Error initializing Extension object Null-Objekt <530573104>."
"Null-Objekt" is the name of the null I assigned the volumetrics tag to.
The strange thing is, that it worked yesterday...!

Any clue of what's wrong here? Something with the 3.1 install?
I'm on Win7Pro64, Cinema 11.5 64bit and MR 3.1, Plug 3.1 for Cinema 11.5

Thx!

I'm not able to reproduce that here using a similar setup. I'd probably recommend completely deleting the plugin folder, and then copying in a fresh unzip of the 3.1.0 plugin.

Just did this, unfortunately it didn't help.
Yesterday I remember switching off a message from Avira antivirus when starting cinema4D, whereas the starting processes were analyzed. As this took a sgificant amount of time, I klicked "don't show this again". Stopping the antivirus didn't resolve the problem either...
Thx JD

You could try running the C++ redistributable installers in the vcredist folder, just in case, but I think it unlikely that will do anything. It seems like you could have some file permission problem or similar; maybe try running (or not, if you already are) Cinema as administrator, to see if it changes anything. It's also remotely possible that the plugin files are being damaged (e.g. by a virus scanner) during download or unzipping.
