Is the object properties get transfer to instances?
C4D R13, win 7

No, they don't -- instances support object properties separately. Inheritance is accomplished through Cinema's hierarchy, so if you want everything in your scene to have the same object properties, group your existing null and instance, and put the properties tag on the new containing null.
