Maxwell Render | Official public forum

Hi all, I got a problem that occured when I switched from plugin version 2.5.1.1 to 2.5.1.4 or 2.5.1.6 (in both cases).

I get these error messages and the render fails:

When MXCL starts:
/Volumes/Render/Phoe/1.mxs cannot be read.

In cinemas console window:
Maxwell:error @ object 'polygon-Objekt' (the object has an invalid set of points)
Maxwell: detected 1 errors during geometry-export phase.


Exporting to studio from Cinema ends up whith no objects and materials in the scene!

Please, if someone has a hint for me I'd really be happy... I'm actually busy in production...

Or does someone have Cinemaxwell 2.5.1.1? the download links are dead...

All I can tell from this information is that the object is not valid for export. If you would care to isolate it and send it to me (as a Cinema document), I can try to analyze exactly what is wrong with it.

What you might try doing as a workaround/diagnosis is adding a Maxwell Object Properties tag on the object and enabling the Ignore Normal Tag and/or Ignore Phong Tag options to try to narrow down what is wrong with the object.
