Emitter - Temperature of emission doesn't work

JD,

I seem to be unable to bring up the color choser in the color temperature tab of a new emitter material. Is there something changed? The slider is stuck at 273K and doesn't move.

This mistake is there on 11.5 and R12 on win7 32bit. (will test it later again after restarting)
