Hi all,
I`m not sure if this is a bug or can be a wish for the next plugin update.
1- If I set no tile in C4D texture tag, the plugin skip this and fit the texture to the object (see point 1 in the image) in the render.
2- If i set no tile inside the MXM but I leave tile checked in C4D texture tag I get the desire result.
Now the thing is for the point 1 is this the right behavior or a bug or a missing feature and if is a yes, could be implemented the Tile thingy inside the C4D texture tag and not inside the MXM. Imagine if you have a material with a bunch of layers and things that you have to check no tile in each one in order to render that texture with no tile.

Hi JC, I didn't forget about this...

For issue #1, there is a bug -- if you un-check Tile in the TextureTag, the plugin should not fit the texture to the object, and this will be fixed.

Issue #2, however, is due to a mismatch between how Maxwell and Cinema work with materials & UVs: Tile on/off in Maxwell is in the material, while in Cinema it is in the TextureTag. If two TextureTags with opposite Tile on/off values have the same Maxwell material, then there is a conflict. Also, a Maxwell material might have any number of textures -- some may need tiling on, and others off. Therefore, you should always leave Tile on in the TextureTag and control Tiling through the plugin's material editor.

There are shortcuts in the plugin for this: open the plugin's material editor, edit one of the textures, and:

- to change all textures in the current material, hold down ALT
- to change all textures in the current Layer, hold down SHIFT
- to change all textures in the current BSDF, hold down CTRL

So for example, if you hold down ALT and turn Tile X off, it will be off for every texture in the material.
