In conclusion the state of play with the maxwell cinema 4d 2.0 plug-in:

Does not work with Mac 10.6.1?
Does not work with Cinema 4d R11.5?

As to the first question, there are issues presently on Snow Leopard when running in 64bit mode; I am working on this now, and it should be fine in the meantime when run in 32bit mode. For the second, this will be addressed directly after the Snow Leopard issues.
