Whenever I edit a mxm file with the MXED and then want to save it I have to navigate to the folder I want and the material has a very strange name.

The name is some kind of number/letter string and its located somewhere in a temporary folder.

When I start the MXM from Cinema (e.g. name.c4d in the folder /models):
- could MXED keep the folder of the Cinema file - So when I want to save it the folder /models is shown at first?
- and if I create a material in Cinema using the plugin and give it name - could MXED also keep the name as proposal that I gave the material?

It's a large waste of time to navigate to the correct folder and have to do it again for the next material.

You're correct, but it works that way because it has to: a material in Cinema must be written to an mxm file in order for you to edit it in mxed, and this involves using that oddly-named temporary mxm file. If you don't want edit a plugin material in-place with mxed, and instead wish to export it to an mxm file for later use, the way to do that is via the plugin's material editor: MXM Options > Export as MXM.
