It would be a nice feature if we can embed a .mxm-file via the plug-in so we don't have to assign materials in Studio again. It would be a great time saver, because if I want to make changes on the object, I have to assign all materials again.

Will that be possible in the near future?

hope it's ok to answer this one as a tester: there are thoughts about implementing this - but there are no timelines for this feature yet, so stay tuned
